What is collected, what is never stored, and how to have it deleted.
Short answer
We collect only what an order needs: name, shipping address, email, phone if you give it, and the order details. No card data is stored — payments are crypto or PayPal, and nothing card-related passes through this site. The address is shared with the courier and with nobody else; data is not sold, traded or rented. Cookies are limited to what the cart needs to work. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion once the order is complete.

What is collected?
Information you provide when you contact us or order: name, shipping address, email address, phone number if provided, and order details.
No payment card information is stored. Payments are made in crypto or through PayPal, and those providers keep their own records under their own policies.
How is it used?

- To send QC frames and answer questions about the order
- To give the courier the delivery address
- To improve the catalogue and the site
Who sees it?
The courier receives the delivery address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be sent without them. Nobody else receives your data, and it is never sold, traded or rented.
What about cookies?
Only what the cart needs to remember a selection. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
How do I ask for my data or its deletion?
Contact us and say what you need: a copy, a correction, or deletion after the order is complete. Deletion is actioned once warranty cover has expired, since the order record is what a claim is checked against.
