We accept Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), Wise bank transfer, and wire transfer. Crypto payments receive a 5% discount. We do not accept PayPal, credit cards, or Western Union.
Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We use EMS, DHL, and FedEx. Express DHL/FedEx options are available at an additional cost and usually arrive within 5–9 business days.
QC (Quality Control) photos are high-resolution images of your actual watch taken before shipping. You will receive 6–10 photos covering the dial, bezel, case sides, clasp, movement, and lume. You have 24 hours to approve or request changes. We want you to be 100% satisfied before the watch leaves our hands.
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the watch has not been worn or modified. The buyer covers return shipping. Once the watch is received and inspected, we issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Defective or incorrect items are handled on a case-by-case basis with full replacement or refund.
We ship to every country worldwide. We have extensive experience with customs clearance and use discreet packaging with no brand markings on the exterior. In the rare event of customs seizure, we reship at no additional cost. Tracking is provided for every order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track it on the carrier's website (EMS, DHL, or FedEx). Tracking typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
